Quotations
Quotations are provided for business customers and are valid for the period stated on the document. Pricing is subject to manufacturer availability, currency movement and freight costs at the time of order.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed on receipt of a signed quotation or purchase order. Payment terms are stated on each quotation; account terms are available to approved customers.
Delivery and installation
Lead times are estimates provided by the manufacturer or distributor. Installation, configuration and commissioning are quoted separately where required.
Cancellations
Special-order and configured-to-order equipment cannot normally be cancelled once placed with the manufacturer.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. Manufacturer warranties apply to hardware and software products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bits N Bytes is registered.
