Warranty and Returns

Manufacturer warranty
Hardware carries the manufacturer's standard warranty, typically one to three years depending on the product line. The exact coverage is confirmed on each quotation.
Extended and on-site coverage
Extended warranty, next-business-day response and on-site service packs can be added to most business-class equipment at the time of purchase.
Making a claim
Contact us with the serial number and a description of the fault. We log the claim with the manufacturer, arrange replacement parts or an engineer visit, and keep you updated.
Returns
Unopened, standard-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original packaging. Configured-to-order and special-order equipment is non-returnable unless faulty.
Dead-on-arrival equipment
Report suspected dead-on-arrival units within 72 hours of delivery so we can arrange a manufacturer advance replacement where the programme allows.
